These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to link-building.agency and, where applicable, the enterprise services provided by Intseo Media. By using this website or engaging our team, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Intseo Media

Intseo Media is a premium link building agency delivering white-hat, editorial link acquisition and related SEO advisory services for SaaS, e-commerce, agency, and enterprise clients. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer until a written agreement is executed.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or compromise site security.
  • Submit false or misleading information through forms.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Intseo Media.
  • Use site content to train competing models or republish materials without permission.

3. Enterprise Engagements

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, and commercial terms are defined in separate master services agreements, statements of work, or insertion orders. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed enterprise agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Intseo Media provides white-hat methodologies. Clients remain responsible for their own website compliance, content accuracy, and internal brand/legal approvals for published assets.

4. No Guarantees of Rankings

Search engines independently determine rankings. While Intseo Media designs campaigns for durable organic growth, we do not guarantee specific positions, traffic volumes, or algorithm outcomes. Case studies describe historical results and are not promises of identical future performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All website design, copy, logos, and original materials are owned by Intseo Media or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Client-owned materials provided for campaigns remain the client’s property; work product ownership is specified in the governing service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Prospective and active clients may share confidential business information during discovery. Intseo Media treats such information as confidential and uses it only to evaluate or deliver services, subject to mutual NDAs when executed.

7. Third-Party Services

The website may reference or integrate third-party tools (for example, form processors). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intseo Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Liability related to paid enterprise services is governed exclusively by the applicable service agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intseo Media from claims arising from your misuse of the website, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law as specified in any governing enterprise agreement, or otherwise by the laws relevant to Intseo Media’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes related solely to website use shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
